The home secretary said she wanted to reverse Tony Blair’s 2004 downgrading of the drug because of “uncertainty” over its impact on mental health.

But all this begs the question, what are the implications for the Jamaican community of musicians currently operating within the UK.
It is a well know fact that Marijuana is a major part of the Jamaican music culture, how will stiffening the penalties affect the growth of the thriving Reggae/Dancehall society?
